Payment Processor · 1% All-In · No Hardware

ZAP is a payment processor
that charges 1%.
Not 2.6%.

Your card processor takes 2.6%. We take 1%. You keep the difference.

ZAP processes payments using USDC digital dollars — a dollar-backed currency issued by Circle (NYSE: CRCL) and regulated under federal law. Customers scan a QR code, pay from their phone, and you get USD in your bank the same day. 1.0% per transaction, all-in. No hardware. No contract. No monthly fees.

💰 $7,000+/year in card fee savings
15 minutes to set up — no hardware
🎯 70 million Americans ready to pay this way

Trusted tech: USDC by Circle (NYSE: CRCL) · Visa settlement on Solana · Regulated under GENIUS Act · $1.8T monthly volume

A payment processor. Like Square or Stripe. But 60% cheaper.

ZAP is not a crypto exchange, not a loan app, not a wallet, and not a get-rich-quick scheme. Here's exactly what we are and aren't.

ZAP is:

  • A payment processor for businesses — like Square, Stripe, or Toast
  • Built on USDC digital dollars — always worth $1.00, backed by cash and US Treasuries
  • A way for your customers to pay by scanning a QR code from their phone
  • 1.0% per transaction — no monthly fees, no hardware, no contracts
  • Same-day USD settlement to your bank account
  • Regulated under the GENIUS Act (federal stablecoin law, July 2025)
  • Already live and processing payments at a restaurant in Davis, CA

ZAP is NOT:

  • A cryptocurrency exchange or trading platform
  • A cash advance, payday loan, or lending product
  • A volatile crypto investment (USDC = $1.00, always)
  • A wallet app — customers use established wallets (Coinbase, Phantom)
  • A one-time setup service — ZAP processes every payment, ongoing
  • Unregulated — all transactions are KYC/AML screened, federally compliant

Visa and Mastercard are eating your profit alive

2.35% of every sale. Every swipe. Every day. Every month. It never stops. For a restaurant doing $40K/month, that's $11,280 a year — handed to credit card companies. That's not a fee. That's a second rent payment you're making to Visa.

Walmart $706.4B revenue $12.4B lost to card fees per year
Costco $275.2B revenue $4.8B lost per year
Home Depot $164.7B revenue $2.9B lost per year
Target $106B revenue $1.85B lost per year
Lowe's $86.0B revenue $1.5B lost per year
Nike $46.3B revenue $810M lost per year
Live Nation $25.2B revenue $441M lost per year
Total fees burned every year $24.7 Billion

Revenue: FY2025/FY2026 earnings reports. Fees at 1.75% blended effective rate.

Digital dollar payments. 1% fees. Instant settlement.

ZAP replaces card processing with USDC digital dollar payments on Solana — the same infrastructure Visa, Circle, and Stripe already use.

1

Customer pays

Scans QR or taps in-app. Pays with USDC from their wallet. Takes seconds.

2

USDC transfers on Solana for $0.00025 gas. AI routes the lowest-cost path.

3

Merchant gets USD

Auto-converts to dollars. Settles to your bank instantly.

4

You save 60%

Processing drops from 2.6% to 1.0%. No chargebacks. No hardware.

Exactly how this works — step by step

No black boxes. No hidden fees. Here's exactly what happens for merchants and customers.

For Merchants

1

Sign up in 15 minutes

Create a free merchant account. Link your bank. We generate a QR code for your register — that's your new payment terminal.

2

Place the QR code at checkout

Print it as a table tent or counter sign. Your staff says: "Save 5% by scanning the QR code." That's the entire script.

3

Get paid instantly

USDC (digital dollars) arrive in your account. Auto-converts to USD. Deposits to your bank the same day.

4

Keep your current system

ZAP runs alongside Square, Toast, Clover — whatever you use. Cards still work. ZAP just adds a cheaper option.

For Customers

1

Download a free wallet app

Phantom or Coinbase Wallet from the App Store. Takes 1 minute. It's like Venmo for digital dollars.

2

Load money once from your bank

Link your bank (free via ACH, takes 1-2 days first time) or use debit card (instant, 1.5% fee). Buy USDC — always worth exactly $1.00. Not Bitcoin. Doesn't fluctuate.

3

Scan & pay

Scan the QR code, enter the amount, confirm. Done in 10 seconds. Faster than inserting a chip card.

4

Save 3-5% every time

Merchants pass their savings to you as a discount. A family saves $300-500/year on groceries and dining alone.

Real example: $200 first load

Load $200 USDC via bank (ACH)Free — $0 fee
Load $200 USDC via debit card$3.00 fee (1.5%)
Pay at 5 restaurants with 5% discountSave $10.00
Net savings even with debit load+$7.00 ahead

After the first load, most customers switch to free ACH. Every payment after that costs only $0.00025 in network fees.

Regulated. Audited. Transparent. With real human support.

This isn't Wild West crypto. Every component of ZAP is built on regulated, audited infrastructure with clear consumer protections.

🔒

USDC is fully backed

Every USDC is backed 1:1 by cash and short-dated US Treasuries. Monthly attestations by Deloitte. Issued by Circle, a publicly traded company (NYSE: CRCL) with $75.3B in circulation.

📜

Federal regulation (GENIUS Act)

Signed into law July 2025 — the first federal stablecoin framework. Requires reserve transparency, consumer protections, and issuer licensing. ZAP operates fully within this law.

👤

KYC/AML compliance

All merchants and customers are identity-verified through our partner infrastructure (Circle, NowPayments). Every transaction is screened for anti-money-laundering (AML) and OFAC sanctions.

🛡

On-chain transparency

Every payment is recorded on a public blockchain — auditable, immutable, and verifiable. No hidden fees, no hidden transactions. Your accountant can verify every dollar.

💲

Non-custodial model

ZAP never holds your funds. Payments flow directly from customer wallet to your merchant account and auto-convert to USD in your bank. We process transactions — we don't custody assets.

📞

Real human support

Direct phone, email, and live chat support from the ZAP team. Something go wrong? Call us. We answer. No chatbots, no ticket queues, no waiting 72 hours for a response.

Phone: (916) 408-2256 · Email: vincedang@nestinghomesolution.com

What happens if something goes wrong?

Payment sent to wrong address?

ZAP-generated QR codes are merchant-specific and amount-locked. Mis-sends are technically impossible through our system. If a customer manually sends to a wrong wallet, our support team traces the on-chain transaction and assists recovery.

Merchant wants a refund processed?

One-click refund from your ZAP dashboard. USDC returns to the customer's wallet in under 60 seconds. No dispute process. No fees.

USDC loses its peg?

USDC is backed by cash and US Treasury securities held at regulated banks (BNY Mellon). In 10+ years, USDC has maintained its $1.00 peg. Circle is publicly traded (NYSE: CRCL) and federally regulated. This is not an algorithmic stablecoin.

Solana network goes down?

ZAP monitors network health in real-time. If Solana experiences downtime, transactions queue and process when the network resumes (typically minutes). Card payments continue working as your fallback.

No chargebacks. No fraud. Refunds in seconds.

One of the biggest hidden costs for businesses is chargebacks — fraudulent disputes that cost merchants $125+ per incident. ZAP eliminates that entirely.

How chargebacks work with cards

  • Customer disputes charge with bank
  • Bank pulls money from your account immediately
  • You spend 10-20 hours building a case
  • You lose 60-80% of the time regardless
  • Each chargeback costs $20-100 in fees alone

Average merchant loses $125+ per chargeback

How refunds work with ZAP

  • Customer requests refund from merchant
  • Merchant approves in their ZAP dashboard
  • USDC returns to customer's wallet in seconds
  • No bank middleman. No dispute process.
  • No chargeback fees. Ever.

$0 in dispute costs. Refunds settle instantly.

Because USDC payments are final on-chain, fraudulent chargebacks are impossible. Legitimate refunds are faster and cheaper than any card network.

The demand exists. The infrastructure at the register doesn't. That's exactly what ZAP builds.

You don't need 100%. You need 5%.

Not every customer will switch on day one. They don't need to.

5% adoption

$2K/month through ZAP on $40K volume. Save $27/month. Proves the model.

15% adoption

$6K/month through ZAP. Save $81/month. That's $972/year back.

26% adoption (industry average)

$10.4K/month through ZAP. Save $140/month — $1,685/year. This is what retailers who accept crypto actually see.

How we overcome the barriers

We never say "crypto"

Customers see "digital dollars" and "scan to save." No jargon. No blockchain talk. Just savings.

3-5% instant discount

Better than any credit card rewards. Customer buying $100 of USDC for $101.50 and getting 5% off pays $96.50. Ahead on day one.

Staff-guided setup

Your team helps customers at the register. 3-5 minutes. One successful payment and they're hooked.

Merchant-funded sign-up bonus

"$5 free when you try [Store] Pay." Cost: $5. That customer saves you $92/year. Payback: 3 weeks.

Network effect

Every wallet works at every ZAP merchant. More merchants in town = more customers with wallets = higher adoption for everyone.

The right customers first

52% of Gen Z and 49% of Millennials already have wallets. Start there. The rest follow as it becomes normal.

Everything a real payment processor needs — built in

ZAP isn't a setup service you outgrow. It's your ongoing payment processor. Every transaction flows through ZAP — that's how you get 1% fees, instant settlement, and zero chargebacks.

QR Code Payments

We generate a unique QR code for your business. Print it as a counter sign or table tent. Customers scan, pay, done. Works on any phone.

Every payment your customers make flows through ZAP's processing infrastructure — that's how we deliver 1% fees, instant settlement, auto-conversion to USD, chargeback elimination, and real-time reporting. Remove ZAP and you lose all of it. This is the same model as Square, Stripe, and Toast — the processor is the product.

How ZAP grows without ads

Every merchant we onboard creates new customers, and every customer drives more merchants. This is the network effect that makes ZAP unstoppable.

1

Onboard a local merchant

A restaurant adds ZAP. Takes 10 minutes. They put a QR code at the counter and offer 5% off for digital dollar payments.

2

Customers download wallets

Customers see "Save 5%" and download Coinbase Wallet or Phantom. They load $50-200 via free ACH. Now they have a wallet with money in it.

3

Wallets work everywhere ZAP is

That customer's wallet works at every ZAP merchant. They start asking other businesses: "Do you accept digital dollars?" Businesses that don't are leaving money on the table.

4

More merchants sign up

The coffee shop next door sees the restaurant saving $600/month and customers asking for it. They sign up. Now there are 2 merchants, and the customer base doubles.

5

Repeat — city by city

10 merchants in Davis, CA becomes 50. 50 becomes a case study that opens Sacramento. Sacramento opens the Bay Area. Each city has a denser network of merchants and wallets. ZAP earns 1% on every single transaction, forever.

Acquisition channels beyond the flywheel

Referral program

Merchants who refer another business get a revenue share on that merchant's volume. Incentivizes word-of-mouth.

Partner merchants

Onboarded merchants display "We accept ZAP" signage and promote to their customers — free distribution through existing foot traffic.

ISO / sales agent network

Independent payment sales agents earn higher residuals selling ZAP vs. traditional processors. Existing sales forces, new product.

Content & education

How-to guides, fee comparison calculators, "is this real?" explainers. SEO-driven traffic that answers the exact questions skeptical merchants Google.
